Refunds and Cancellations

If the self-guided course is not right for you, email ai4homecare@jbyron.ai within 30 calendar days after your purchase or the date we first make your paid course access available, whichever is later. We will refund the full amount paid for the course, including applicable taxes, without an administrative or processing-fee deduction. No explanation is required. Watching lessons, completing the course, or downloading the workbook does not disqualify you.

If you purchase before course access is available, you may also cancel for a full refund at any time before access is provided. The refund window is based on when access is made available, not when you first log in. We will include the refund deadline in your access confirmation email; requests received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on that date qualify.

Email ai4homecare@jbyron.ai with the purchaser's name, purchase email address, and order number if available. We will initiate eligible refunds to the original payment method within five business days of receiving sufficient information to identify the purchase. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Eligibility is based on when you submit your request, not when we process it.

Once refunded, access to the refunded course and its included online resources ends. Please delete downloaded copies of our course materials and stop using or sharing them. You may keep your own original notes and agency plans. After the 30-day window, change-of-mind refunds are not available under this guarantee.

The same guarantee applies to standard course seats purchased for an agency team. The purchaser may request a refund for individual seats or the full order. Each seat's window begins on the later of purchase or the date access is first made available for that seat. A partial refund equals the actual discounted amount paid for the refunded seats, plus applicable taxes. Refunding some seats will not retroactively increase the price of the remaining seats.

This section applies only to separately purchased coaching or review sessions. You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start. With less than 48 hours' notice, or after a missed appointment, the session fee is nonrefundable, but we will allow one courtesy reschedule within 60 days of the original appointment, subject to availability. Completed sessions are nonrefundable for a change of mind. An unscheduled session may be canceled for a full refund before it takes place. If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment.

Course and coaching charges will be identified separately before payment, including within a discounted package. A course refund does not automatically cancel a coaching appointment; coaching follows the cancellation terms above.

Custom workshops, consulting, franchise programs, and enterprise agreements follow the cancellation and refund terms expressly agreed in writing before purchase. Buying standard course seats for a team does not by itself make the purchase a custom program or remove the course guarantee.

If we cancel a course before delivery or cannot provide the course you purchased, we will offer a full refund. If we cannot deliver a separately priced service within a package, we will refund the amount paid for that service. Contact us if you cannot access or use something you purchased so we can resolve the issue or provide the appropriate refund. The change-of-mind deadlines above do not limit remedies for failure to deliver the purchased program or any rights you have under applicable law.

The policy provided at purchase applies to that purchase. Later policy changes apply to future purchases.
