AI Readiness for Home Care is a product of J. Byron Operating Partners, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information submitted through this website.

Information We Collect

When you request program information, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, agency name, role, state, estimated weekly hours billed, training interest, and any message you include.

When you create an account or purchase course seats, we also collect profile, consent, order, promotion, seat-code, and email-delivery information. Stripe processes payment and billing details; we do not store complete payment-card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, provide program information, understand interest in the training, and improve the website and lead process.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand website activity and lead funnel performance. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, agency names, or free-text form responses to analytics tools.

Sensitive Information

Please do not submit client, caregiver, payroll, health, incident, or other sensitive information through the website form.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers, such as website hosting, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, analytics, calendar scheduling, and Google Sheets, to operate the website, process orders, send service messages, and respond to requests.
